About Me
I am both an interior designer and an educator, passionate about transforming spaces and inspiring the next generation of creative minds. I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Interior Design and my Master of Library Science (MLS) in Art History from Fort Hays State University. My journey continued with a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Interior Design from Brenau University, which I proudly completed in 2023.
Currently, I hold the position of Assistant Professor in Interior Design at Fort Hays State University, where I also serve as the Gallery Director for the Moss-Thorns Gallery of Art. This dual role allows me to blend my expertise in design with my love for education and the arts.
As a designer, my passion lies in collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life. I thrive on creating eye-catching, functional designs that not only fulfill their needs but also inspire and delight. One of my core philosophies is the integration of nature into every space I design; I firmly believe that biophilia, the inherent connection between humans and the natural world, should be an essential element in all designed environments. By infusing natural elements into my work, I strive to cultivate spaces that are not only beautiful but also provide a sense of well-being and harmony.
